Oromia Micro and Small Enterprise Agency transformed 979 enterprises drawn from various parts of Oromia State into middle level. It also awarded certificates and incentives for 300 model enterprises among whom were included persons with disabilities, women and youths returnees from abroad as well as university graduates.
